It”adsorbs” through the carbon: colouring agents. Medicinal and organic pollutants, pesticides, toxins, detergents, metabolic waste, smoke, nicotine, and through the resins neutralizes: ammonia, nitrates and phosphates. As Aktivkohle Plus is pre-washed to avoid altering the pH level and to maintain the resins damp and active, it is a ready to use product.
Each gram of active carbon develops 1200 m² of “adsorbing” surface area ensuring efficient and total filtration.
