Sera Siporax Professional is a highly effective. Fully biological filter medium for achieving crystal clear water in aquariums or ponds. Suitable for all internal, external, trickle and pond filters. The structure of sera siporax Professional is open pored, three dimensional and functional. This structure allows the formation of very effective biofilms that grow into the pores and coat their walls. The pores have the ideal size for ensuring long term water flow. The biofilm also breaks down nitrate (denitrification) deep within the pore structure where oxygen levels are lower.
